In a future where the war between the rebels (Teratoma) and the Dominion (Dominator) has been paused, the Dominion hosts a sport called Battle Arena, which attracts participants from across the universe.​ Playable by four players in solo or team matches, Battle Arena uses controllers to execute teleportation moves and acquire weapons. It's an extension of the Mortal Blitz universe that faithfully implements the gameplay of an FPS.
